In this class, we’ll provide an overview of the latest Community Food Assessment and the Food System Action Plan compiled by Rogue Valley Food System Network.

Our local food system is a job creator and brings tourism to the region, and food is culturally significant and essential and critically tied to our local economy.

We all participate in our local food system as consumers of food and managers of the resulting by-product, which is food waste.  How we participate matters! Come to this class if you want to learn more about our local food system, and what we can do to help it thrive.
