There will be a four week OLLI class offered starting April 1st called “Cultivating Connections to Our Local Food System”

The course will highlight our robust farming community featuring four different local farms and their environmental considerations. Their perspectives will be put into the context of our local food system and how we all interact with it. Attendees will come away with a deeper sense of place, a grateful awareness and a feeling of connection to the farms of Rogue Valley. Rogue Food Unites! No Cost Farmers Markets

Did you know that Rogue Food Unites holds weekly NO COST farmers markets for neighbors who who generally don’t have ready access to fresh, organic food, and includes a goal to build community in the process. Attendees will find barrier-free, no-cost fresh, regional, organic produce, organic eggs and natural meats three times a week, in four different location sites consistent in Southern Oregon. Learn about volunteering to support these markets.
